During this challenging time it can feel overwhelming. What can we do to live life with strength and not lose ourselves? One thing is use this time as an opportunity to do some meditation, stretch new skills like cooking, writing or art. We can talk to people we care about that we often don’t take the time to really connect with and another very powerful learning from this time is to live with gratitude.
